Winnipeg, Canada We booked a last minute vacation with Jeff and it couldn't have been easier! He was prompt in returning my email and we left for our great stay in PV 1 week later. The hotel was clean, and his local representation checked on us weekly to ensure our stay was satisfactory. We had a small miscommunication the day of checkin' but all was taken care of promptly and without concern, (this has not been our experience at other resorts in PV)and our damage deposit was returned to us in a timely fashion.
I would highly recommend booking through Jeff whether it's your 1st or 21st time to PV, our experience was great and worry free!
