Our family and several friends stayed in Casa Zimmer 840 and Casa Vista 1141. It was our second trip to Puerto Vallarta. The first time we booked through a travel agent and stayed in a hotel. When I booked the condos through Jeff I have to say I was a little nervous about the process, never having used a private website/owner before. But it was so easy! Jeff had everything ready for our arrival, the hotel staff was ready for us, check in/check out was very smooth, and we received our security deposit very soon after we returned home. I highly recommend booking a stay in Puerto Vallarta through Jeff!
The condos are absolutely lovely and very comfortable. The view from the balconies is fantastic and the sliding glass doors to the balconies open fully so that you feel that you are part of the outdoors even in the condo. The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need. We chose to cook some meals in and dine out for others and did not use the all inclusive option at the resort. The bathrooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable.
The Sea River Tower/Holiday Inn is nicely situated. There are two grocery stores nearby. It is a quick trip to the airport and a short taxi or bus ride to downtown. The marina, jumping off point for any water tour, is within walking distance. The pool and beach are great. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a great sushi resaurant, Kinsao, in the Peninsula shopping center within walking distance.
We spent our days on the beach and hanging around the pool. Most evenings we went downtown to stroll on the Malecon, eat dinner and enjoy the nightlife. We can't wait to go back to Puerto Vallarta!!
