This lovely oceanfront luxury condo is on the third level and is the corner and end unit with a large balcony (approx. 200 square foot) overlooking the white sandy beach and beautiful ocean.
This condo has 3 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Large open kitchen with Wolf Range (6 burner gas) and built in refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine refrigerator. Kitchen also has large island and additional sink. Great for cooking and dining. Large dining room seats 10. Views of ocean from dining room, kitchen, and family room. Interior is approximately 3,200 square feet of living space. Beautiful sets of protected trees in front of unit also. Birds can be viewed in trees.
Two very large master bedrooms, each with a large king bed, and adjoining bathroom suites. Master bedroom has french doors to balcony, and partial ocean view. Each bathroom has separate shower and bathtub. Master bathroom has over sized two person jetted tub. Lots of storage and closet space.
Third bedroom has two full sized beds, sleeps 4. TV and DVD player in 3rd bedroom. Ensuite bathroom has large shower.
There is a large inside laundry room with a separate sink. Great for days at the beach and for doing laundry so you can travel light. We recommend rubber swim booties to protect while swimming in the ocean. We find the ocean very swimmable as do our children -- just a bit rocky in points as the ocean is shallow in areas. We swim, surf, and boogie board.
This is a very light and bright corner unit. Very convenient to downtown. 24 hour guard. Will provide keyed gate access to downtown and all the local restaurants. Can also access dining at the Four Seasons, St. Regis, as well as the Beach Club for residents and guests only, and also other restaurants within the gates. Many opportunities to eat casually or fine dining. Mexican, American, Seafood, and Italian all possible.
There is also Tennis Courts and Golf available within Punta Mita. Your conciege can help you make reservations for these or many other fun opportunites within Punta Mita or in the town of Punta de Mita.

Our Annual Girls Surf trip just completed it's 6th year! Hacienda de Mita was perfect for our one week vacation. The accommodations were great. The surf/swell could have been better (hard to time just right)....but lounging by the pool was certainly a great alternative. All the staff from the time we arrived until departure was top notch. The condo was luxurious, and the kitchen was well equipped. So much so that we ate in almost every meal (courtesy of top notch cooking from one of the girls). The property manager was very responsive and eager to help make our vacation superb. I would highly recommend this Condo when visiting the Riviera Nayarit area.
