This condo is simply stunning!! Huge open floor plan makes a great setting for entertaining a group of friends or family. The kitchen is overflowing with every utensil you would need as well as a full set of china for hosting a more elegant affair. The condo is very nicely decorated and there are lots of decorative art pieces as well.
Quinta Esmeralda is a three bedroom, three and one half bath, eighth floor condominium with a maid and plenty of room to spread out. It is located less than six kilometres south of the main town of Puerto Vallarta on the main road and approximate 10 minute bus ride.
For a fantastic departure from the day to day grind, this condo is 3500 plus square feet overlooking Banderas Bay just outside Puerto Vallarta. This massive condo stretches the entire eighth floor, providing a fantastic view from its 50 foot balcony.
There are two large bedrooms – each with a king-size bed and a private bath, a third bedroom – also with a king bed with a bathroom across the hall. All 3 are spacious and nicely decorated. The master has a view of the ocean. It all feels so airy and fresh. Lots of closet space too in the main bedrooms. There is additional sleeping on the living room couches and two fo the bedrooms have a sofa that is also a twin bed.
What makes #8 Quinta Esmeralda so special is the peaceful setting on the beach just outside of town with quick access by taxi or shuttle bus. The complex's pool and hot tub are practically private as there are only nine units in the entire building. You won't be irritated by vendors or the throngs of tourists due to the semi-private setting provided by Punta Negra beach. Don't forget to bring your snorkeling equipment as there is great snorkeling just downstairs. And don't worry if you forget there is lots of snorkling equipment - including life vests in the condo.
If you’re tired of going on beach vacations where you are stuck in a cramped room and pressured to buy trinkets when you would prefer to relax, this is the place. Of course, with the only 12 minute ride to Puerto Vallarta, all the night life, restaurants, etc. is there for your pleasure.
