This Beachfront condo at the Sea River Towers in Puerto Vallarta is exactly what you need for a relaxing and funfilled vacation. You'll find yourself in the heart of the bustling Hotel Zone, and just eight minutes from downtown, on what has to be one of the most beautiful Beaches for miles around.
Enjoy this Ocean Front condo with a lovely ninth floor view of Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta. The condo has one large bedroom with two double beds, dresser and a TV with DVD player. The sunken living room has a sofa with a pull-out twin bed and love seat with a large doorwall that opens wide to bring in the ocean breeze and fresh air. The a fully-equipped kitchenette complete with full size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner stove. There pots and pans and serving dishes for 4 and a variety of cooking utensils. There is also a buffet counter with 2 chairs. On the balcony are 2 chairs and a small table where you can sit for that morning eye waking view (and coffee) or that dinner for two and the sunset.
Since this condo is located on the Holiday Inn property you will be entitled to all the resort's Amenities - which include a large pool with swim up bar, ocean front beach, 3 on-site restaurants, bars, exercise room, salon, beach massages, tour desks, internet business center, lounge chairs, beach towels and a very helpful friendly staff. There are many activities around the pool and on the beach each day such as volleyball and water aerobics.

Transportation is available via taxi's right at the front door and buses are a short walk to the corner. There is a grocery store, other shops and banks within walking distance as well.

Stayed June 16 - 24 2012. Condo was as listed, CLEAN. The full size fridge was a nice added touch. The bus was very easy to take to buy food.(store very close). Took the bus most places, drivers were always helpful. The pool area was nice, since going in June did not have to fight for lounge chairs like other places. Condo had nice air conditioning, beds were comfortable. We did some of the tourist type tours out of the marina. Down to old town for market shopping. This condo really was as listed, great location, nice interior, close to things to do, shopping. Would stay here again. We had a super time.

From the first moment I stepped inside the unit, I was on Vacation. What a view of the pool and the Ocean. I walked up to the balcony and first thing I noticed was the Dolphins, swimming west, toward the downtown beach of this beautiful city. Needless to say, I did not want to come back home when the time came. The pool with the swim up bar was my favorite. However the food in the Holiday Inn, Next door, and downtown Restaurants was exceptional. Guess it is diet time now. There were so many activities available to us, but we really just went to relax, but did take the Pirate Ship diving cruise, Rhythms of The Night Dinner Cruise and the deep sea fishing was very relaxing. No record breaking catches, but I guess you have to be here in November or December for that. I made reservations for next year when I left. There is so much I have not even touched on yet. Now, Back to reality, Darn....................J.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Years and had a great time. The condo was exactly as advertised and worked well with three adults and one small child. Our daughter loved the kids pool and the kids club. There were lots of kids of all ages around and she made a lot of friends. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach and we could take a short bus or cab ride to downtown. We bought an all-inclusive package that allowed us to eat and drink at the hotel. The New Year's celebration was awesome with fireworks all around the bay. The hotel did a great job with a white tablecloth dinner around the pool with a live band. One of the best new year's eve I have ever had. The owner was great to work with. He arranged transportation for my mother-in-law from the airport to the condo. She was meeting us there and her flight arrived before ours so we were worried that she would not be able to get and pay for a taxi on her own. The owner took care of arranging the transportation for us.

My husband and I stayed at Casa Tranquila and LOVED it. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, we had a great ocean and pool view. Plus the location is perfect. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Also, the property manager Jeff was extremely helpful and was readily available to answer any questions we had on Puerto Vallarta and the Condo.
My husband and I had so much fun that we are now planning our second trip and plan to stay at Casa Tranquila again. We can’t wait to go back.
Nice Condo
This is a nice condo that provided all we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend the Sea River condos since the location is great and the Holiday Inn ameneties provides a full resort style vacation.
