Spectacular views await you from every balcony that wrap around this Luxury corner condo found at Vallarta Torre.  This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath beachfront condo is just 100 feet from the breaking waves!  Relax at night while taking in a breathtaking sunset with your feet up on the rails and a cocktail in your hand.  This centrally located retreat is just 10 minutes away from a night on the town, 5 minutes from the Marina or a short walk from a number of nearby restaurants.  Or stay in and cook a Mexican fiesta in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy with the family in the dining room or eat casually on the balcony overlooking the large resort pool.

Try as we may, the pictures just don’t do this vacation rental justice.  The condo has the feel of ‘Old Mexico’ and has been decorated by the owner/artist with luxurious décor full of folk art, furnishings and paintings from Mexico and Central America.  With several balconies, you can read on the pool side balcony and people watch, later watch the fireworks before bedtime or wake to sunrise and maybe even a whale or dolphin out front in the Bay of Banderas.

This complete condo has two double beds in each bedroom.  Each of the bedrooms has a complete bath with shower/fully tiled tub and separate room with large marble vanity sink for getting ready.  Each has a full glassed wall of patio doors with views to the sea and the sounds of the waves to lull you to sleep.  There is a TV if you get bored and want to catch up on news back home (you won’t need it).  In the spacious open floor plan living room there is a sofa bed, should you so need.  The Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a tropical dish: a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic set of pots and pans, dishes/glasses/silverware for 8 and other basic items.  The supermarket is only a few blocks away.  And don’t worry about the water as there is a purified water system throughout the resort.

Our private family maid for the past 30 years takes care of the place with pride and will arrive twice a week.  We can arrange for extra cleaning so let us know your pleasure.  Enjoy the rest of the resort with large swimming pool, sun deck, swim-up bar, Jacuzzi, palapa bar, on-site restaurant, barbecue area, shuffleboard, convenience store, money exchange and more.  There is also Wi-Fi available.

We are just a few minutes walk from the Peninsula Plaza which houses a Starbucks, Chili's, several restaurants, a food court, 2 ice cream parlors, a video casino, several banks, occasional live entertainment in the courtyard, jewelry and upscale clothes stores and gift shops and a liquor store.  A little further walk or short cab ride in either direction is a much larger shopping center including Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart and Liverpool, a high-end mall.
