Arguably the most affordable 2 bedroom condo in all of the Holiday Inn/Sea River resort. This is because the owner has split a large one bedroom into two to create separate bedrooms each with a double bed. Because it is the same overall size as most of the other condos at Sea River with approximately 750 sq ft it can be priced less than any other 2 bedroom condos. You can have the ultimate breakfast at the table on your private balcony while keeping a watchful eye for whales or dolphins just off shore. The large balcony also has a cook top and small BBQ. The kitchenette inside is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and everything you need to entertain for 6. The living area has a couch and loveseat and a large flat screen TV not seen in many of the other condos at Sea River. There is one bathroom with a marble counter with sink in one area and the shower and toilet behind a closed door.
This upscale beachfront condo is just five minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta where you will enjoy perfect ocean views of Banderas Bay from the private balcony facing the ocean. You can see downtown PV, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. The balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets.
The bus to town stops at the end of street of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi right out front of the lobby.
