Description
Hotel Zone - Sea River Towers

What makes our "Casa Bilotta" Condo so special?

IT LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE OTHERS!!!

Since our unit does not enjoy a clear "ocean view" and is on the first floor of the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn, we charge less than our neighbors in the same building!

Our unit is a colorful, bright and clean - fully functionable condo which is ideal for visitors trying to find a "good deal" (save a little money) when renting in Vallarta.

Our motto...if you would like to see the ocean then walk a few meters downstairs and stick your toes in the sand!

Our full Kitchen (stove, microwave and fridge) also allows "Casa Bilotta" visitors to purchase food and drink from the nearby Wall Mart and prepare meals in the Condo rather than eating all three meals in restaurants everyday!

We spent a week in this unit at the Holiday Inn and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very large, extreamly clean, and offered everything we needed. I would give the room 5 starts if it had a view of the ocean (which we knew it didn't have), but other than that everything was perfect. We still enjoyed our patio though overlooking the hotel entrance. The resort is in a good location, a 45 minute walk to downtown PV, a short bus ride or $6 (US/CDN)cab ride, all of which you can catch at the hotel gate. The pool area was nice, and offered the basics, including free coffee every morning. We didn't eat at the resort restaurants, so I can't comment on the food. If you are looking at doing any tours in PV, we had an awesome kayaking and snorkelling experience with JC from, ECO Tours. Jeff was great to deal with, he made sure we were looked after, and even called us when we arrived to see how everything was. The unit was missing a hair dryer at first, but he had one there for us within an hour or so.
